Meet Su Jiang
Su came to the real estate world by way of finance and business development. She currently holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of California Irvine. Su’s accomplishments include financial analysis of over $2 billion in licensing sales, managing cross-functional teams to evaluate synergistic opportunities, and identifying financial risks and opportunities for participatory markets. When it comes to Los Angeles luxury real estate, Su deeply appreciates the city’s diversity and how it is reflected in architecture and culture. She says, “Los Angeles is a melting-pot of cultures and a unique city that lends itself to multifaceted ethnic groups that share their own perspective about real estate.” On her clients, Su stresses that “by building an empathetic approach with client relationships, [she] build[s] long and fruitful relationships that surpass a typical business transaction.” Some of Su’s favorite architects include 20th-century Chinese architect Lin Huiyin and Pritzker Architecture Prize winner Dame Zaha Mohammad Hadid. Causes close to Su’s heart include environmental conservation and animal rights. Su also speaks Chinese.
