Meet Tara Hotchkis
Laguna Beach native Tara Hotchkis has been a top producing real estate agent since 2003, selling over $250 million in residential real estate. A true Southern California native, Tara has intimate knowledge of all neighborhoods in Los Angeles and Orange County.
In 2012, Tara met Dominic Labriola, they clicked immediately and found they had experiences and history in common as well as skills and personalities that complemented each other. In 2015, they began a partnership as Labriola Hotchkis and together, they respresent clients from Malibu to Downtown LA and manage LHspaces.com and MoveToDTLA.com.
In addition to real estate, Tara is passionate about contemporary art and design. She supports several non-profit arts organizations and is the co-owner of the Hotchkis Gallery, which specializes in emerging contemporary artists. Tara is a member of SAG-AFTRA, having appeared in numerous television shows and commercials. In 2013, Tara combined her passions for architecture and acting when she co-hosted “The Kuhnert Chronicles” for the Ovation Television Network. She lives in Downtown Los Angeles with her wife, Carey. “Downtown LA is experiencing such an exciting period of growth right now,” Tara says. “With more than 94 new real estate development projects scheduled over the next 5 years—I feel so fortunate to be a part of it!”
Outside of real estate, Tara enjoys traveling the world and volunteering. She is a former NCAA Division I tennis player and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine.
